SWAG fleece and craft show

SOUTH WEST ALPACA GROUP are hosting the extremely popular Fleece & craft show once again this year!

Saturday 27th October 2018.
East Huntspill, Somerset TA9 3PQ.
10.30/3pm

The day comprises of:

  • SWAG FLEECE SHOW.
  • CRAFT SHOW.
  • Quality craft stands.
  • Demonstrations.
  • Alpacas & Llamas.
  • Artisan food & drink.

Fleece Section

The SWAG Fleece Show closes to entries on the 12th August, or before if full, so please get your entries in asap. Our judge this year is Tim Hey. If you would like to have your fleece(s) assessed by Tim and be in with a chance to win a lovely Trophy, Sash or Rosette or maybe all three get your entries in soon. Good luck!

Judges:

Sam Walsh for the Art & Inspiration classes. She’s an animal portrait artist.

Emma Leith for all the other classes except the photo comp. Her passion is crochet, mosaic & she’s an artist,teacher & yarnbomber. There is an article on her in last months crochet now magazine.

Chris Tarling will be judging the photo comp. He owns Yellow Hound lifestyle animal photography.

The winning photo will take pride of place on the front cover of the 2019 Bath & West Alpaca Catalogue

17) NEW CLASS – CHRISTMAS JUMPER -Alpaca theme. -any yarn can be used(due to cost).

Open to members & the general public!
